Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

• Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Eligible Products: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are unworn and undamaged. Please note that sale items or items purchased during special promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

   Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. If the item meets our return conditions, we will proceed with your exchange or refund.

Refunds

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit that you can use for future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
• Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, etc.): Delivery within 48 hours after confirmation.
• Other Cities: Delivery times may vary based on your location, with an estimated timeframe of 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery times may be influenced by public holidays, weekends, or unexpected circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Islamabad/Rawalpindi: Free delivery for orders over PKR 10,000. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of PKR 200 applies.
• Other Major Cities: Free delivery for orders over PKR 10,000. Orders below this amount will be charged a flat rate of PKR 200.
• Other Areas: Shipping charges will depend on your location, and you’ll be informed of any charges during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a notification with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's journey. Simply enter this number on the courier’s website for real-time updates.

Delivery Policy

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders.
• In case you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier service will make two additional attempts before returning the package to us.
