Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Eligible Products: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are unworn and undamaged. Please note that sale items or items purchased during special promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Steps for Return or Exchange

    After receiving authorization, please ship the product back to us. Return shipping charges are covered by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

  4. Product Inspection
    Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. If the item meets our return conditions, we will proceed with your exchange or refund.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit that you can use for future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the steps above to request an exchange. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we’ll send out your replacement.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we will issue you store credit instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items
